- For sure buyers, fill up the order form with the necessary details. Please be noted that all order forms submitted are final. There is no more cancellation of orders. If you are unsure of getting an item, you can post RESERVE and we will hold the item for you for 2 days. If no order form is received after the allotted period, we will cancel your reservation and will list the item back.
- Order confirmation will be sent via email so please check your inbox within 24hrs of submitting the O.F. Payment and order details are included in the invoice.
- Once payment has been made let us know through SMS.
- Items will only be shipped after payment has been confirmed and waybill/tracking number will either be posted or sent thru sms.

Xend - 50 pesos within Metro Manila only
- 85 pesos for Luzon (including areas outside Manila: Bulacan, Antipolo/Cainta, Cavite)
- 95 pesos for Visayas
- 100 for Mindanao
Jam Global - 45 for Metro Manila deliveries only
Shipping schedule: Items will be shipped the next day after payment has been made and confirmed.
Items sent thru couriers will arrive in 1-3 business days depending on our location.
Terms and Conditions:
- No order form, no processing of orders and reservation.
- All orders are considered sold once order form is submitted.
- We do not accept international orders.
- NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. RESERVED ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED SOLD. Reservations are allowed up to a week only.
- Full payment is required before sending out your items.
- Prices do not include shippings costs. Customers will shoulder the cost and the total amount will be given in the order confirmation/invoice.

- Vintage items are one of a kind and cannot be reordered unless stated otherwise.

Special Order Requests (temporary unavailable except for alteration services):
- Playground Love Shop original clothing can be reproduced. If you are interested in ordering in a different size or fabric, please click on the link given in the album.
- Fabrics are limited and we cannot guarantee that an item will be produced in the same material. We will offer other fabric swatches available though.
- Please note that it will take 1-2 weeks for requested items to be reproduced. The final cost will include the price of the materials used, labor, and shipping.
- The shop now accepts alteration requests on some items (it will be indicated in the respective albums if the item can be altered). Be noted that there is a service fee for this. The alteration cost is as follows:
80 - shorten length of pants, skirts, dresses, tops
100 - w/ lining
- We do not alter sleeves as of the moment.
